If You Want to Download Files
You can download files to your computer before playing them. This
is advised for people who don't have a fast connection, or who want
to save the files for playing later.
The video clips are in AVI format and have been compressed into self
extracting zip files. This makes them much smaller and faster to download.
Once they have been saved to your computer, just click on the file
and follow the instructions. No special software is required for this.
To download the video files, simply click on the name of the clip
and follow the instructions.
These files can be viewed using Windows
