Postage and delivery charges

Wherever you are in the world!
However many you buy!

We realise that many customers don't buy over the Internet because they feel that the postage charges are too expensive. That is why we have introduced a flat rate shipping charge of £2.96 wherever you are in the world, and however many products you buy!

Overseas shipping

We will deliver software to anywhere in the world at a flat rate of £2.96. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery except in the US where they are sent by UPS.

Delivery method and times

All our orders are sent by Royal Mail Registered Post except in the US where orders are sent by UPS. Orders are despatched within 3 days. This means that in the UK orders will be received within 5 days and in the rest of the world within 7 days. Orders from the US are currently taking between 7 and 10 days to arrive.

Please note, orders cannot be sent to a PO Box in the US. The shipping address must be a full street address.

Order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived DON'T WORRY. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE ABLE TO SORT IT OUT. Just let us know and we'll find out what has happened.
